What's a decent $100 to $150 mixer?

Ok so as I've mentioned before I am getting started in recording onto my comp, and need a mixer. I have a $100 to $150 budget for the mixer. What would be some good options? I open to new or used, but want decent pre-amps, maybe phantom power, and a built-in power supply would be nice, along with anything else you feel is neccessary. I really need suggestions!

thanks,
Kent

Not much, man. Take a look on ebay in the mixer section for a steal.

You'll probably end up with Mackie or Behringer for that price, but maybe you can pick up a small Soundcraft.

Most folks would probably say to go with a Yamaha, but if was personally looking in that price range, I'd be asking myself what a $100 mixer is really going to do for me. If you want it for the pre's, you'd be better off spending the money on dedicated unit.

I like the Yamaha MG mixers, but first i must know why you NEED the mixer.......

I will be using the pre's, for recording vocals, guitar, bass, and drums. So I would go with just a pre, except for the drums since I'd need more channels. So that's why I was gonna get a mixer, and not just a pre. what about the yamaha 10/2 mg? seems decent with a total of 6 channels, $99.
