Hello Fellow Cubase user i have question.Myself and a friend is working on my first studio Cd he has protools and i use cubase 5 how can i use the files i recorded in cubase in use them at his studio using protools.

I think the only thing you can do is trade wav files. So all the eq, inserts etc. will have to be done on one or the other.
