What to do?

I need somyones help. I have been mixing music using Goldwave. Whis is baically a cut and past music editor.

I now need a program that will do the above but will beat match as well. The type of music that I make is for cheerleading routines. This music is usually 3 min. long and will have up to seven diffrent songs in it. Once this is done many sound effects are added.

The quetion is what software package out there would accomplish this?
 
CEP is a good bet, you posted in this forum you should atleast try the program. It will do what you want plus more.
