What sucks?

Why do I hear 3 or 4 things that are keeping time in a different bpm setting? I can't figure out the groove. Sorry if that's my bad, but when I think I grasp it, I hear another instrument that seems to contradict that.

Aww, so there is no good groove? I'll work on that!
 
I agree the groove is a big odd, especially in the beginning. After that it settles in more. The pipe/church organ sound doesn't really fit the genre.
The other thing is it is so loud and crushed. The noise acting as a snare is a bit loud.

Otherwise, the tones and mix are good.
 
The bass line isn't tight. Need crisper rhythms there. That would go a long way.
