Hey guys, newbie here. So here's my recording gear thus far:
Guitar Pod 2.0 and some lame telex m-560 usb mic...
uh oh, i can see the up turned noses already
Ok, so here's what i have in mind, if you guys could steer me in the right direction into what to buy first or an alternative in a similar price range, that would be superb!
Audiophile 2496 soundcard- $150
Soundcraft Compact Mixer 4- $120
Some dynamic audio technica mic- $30
Perhaps Magix Music maker 2005- $60
I know this under $400 budget makes most of you scoff, but i dont have money to burn. Would this drastically improve my set-up? Is there anything else in the "software/mic/soundcard/mixer" category that has a similar price range as something i listed, but is a better quality product? Ok guys, thanks for helping me out.
