Hey, ok here's my question. I have a Delta 1010 and use Sonar. I want to invest in some kind of controller so I can mix and edit easier. It's mainly the mixing thing, I've seen the Mackie Control and I am really impressed with it. Now here's the question, do you think it would be better to get something like the Mackie Control (if so what are some other options?), or should I save up a little more to get a digital mixer that would be capable of mixing with and processing and all that jazz? This would leave me open for further expansion in the digital world. But honestly I don't know if that is neccessary. I have a mackie vlz pro right now so you know. Any suggestions are valued, thanks.

I have seen different Yamaha digital mixers, like the 01V, really really cheap used lately. Even some of the big Yamaha digital consoles are really cheap now. Look around at them.

If you just want faders, you can get much cheaper ones than the Mackie. Depends on all you want in there.

Hey H2H, thanks, that was one that I had in mind.

chessrock- I don't want to sound like a jerk but what was the point of that?

Sorry, Mad. I've been spending too much time in the mic forum, again. :D Nothing personal.
