what plug ins would get this sound? (pro tools m powered)

YouTube - Rookie of the Year - Stars Fade Blue

in the vocals, how should i have the reverb set?
is there a better than standard rtas plug in i should get?

also, any suggestions on what other plug ins i should get in general for vocals/guitar since pro tools m powered has limited effects??

There's a delay on there too not just reverb. Also the reverb sounds slightly compressed. delay>reverb>compression. this is a random guess. it is more than one effect most likely though.
