What Piano/ Vocal monitors for Live performance

I have been doing gigs for a few years, Im 24 and want to get a monitor or maybe a pair for my live performances. Anyone willing to recommend any wattage for which monitors to get. I play a stage piano and sing on vocals, my mixer/amp is just 300w what monitors would I need?

Where are you playing that a 300W amp is appropriate and the venue isn't provinding the sound system?

Otherwise, I'm not really sure what kind of wattage monitors need. I'd assume less than 100?

Behringer EUROLIVE B210D its active monitors and very cheap,they work well on keys and vocals.
