What kind of tapes?

Simple question - what kind of tapes would work best with my 424 MKII?
 
I recommend TDK Type II High Bias tapes...60-minute maximum length. They come in kind of a blue-colored shrink wrap.
 
Fuji ZII the best cassette tape in the world, but be weary its expensive. =)

Just my 2 cents, but I've found the Sony CD-It tapes to be very good for home recording, and they aren't expensive when bought in "blocks". I hope this has been of help to you.

kristian, are the Fuju ZII tapes available here in the states? I've never seen them, where might they be sold? How expensive are are we talking here?
