What kind of pedal would this be?

I'm looking for a pedal that will accept 2 1/4" inputs and will also allow me to have 2 1/4" outputs. When I stomp on the pedal, it should kill both the 1/4" inputs, and when I stomp on it again, it'll be live again.

The Morley A/B Y pedal is almost what I want, but it only has 1 1/4" output instead of the 2 that I need.
 
Jason, make one. You'll need four 1/4" jacks, a "double-pole, double-throw" push switch, some wire and a metal box. Here's a simple way to do it: When you have the switch in one position, Input 1 goes to Output 1, and Input 2 goes to Output 2. When you press the switch, both Outputs are shorted to ground, preventing hum from an open circuit.

uhhh.....yeah, that's a bit over my head. How about I pay you to make one? :)
