what is this EQ plug in? or what is this EQ. (PICTURE!

I dug out an old dvd of mine which came wit a magazine and i watched it and i watched a bit with the general midi. anyway they ad a hi hat sample and they could hear 'rumble' so he opened this EQ (he called it) and the when he played that sample it had a (sine line) come up at where the actual sound was and it showed what frequencies the sample was using (i think)
I have attached two screen shots, one of when he was just playing it back and the other when he dragged his mouse over the bass end so it was a roll off i think.
Im really interested in knowing what EQ this is. Thanks for the help

That's the Tiny Blurry EQ. Only available with ProTools FU.

ida ho, could you make the picturer any blurrier? did you do that with a camera? use the Prt Scrn button.

i did use that button, it was playing a dvd and i paused it and took that photo, it was only a small screen at the bottom of the actual video
