Seriously, there's a real strong search mechanism...you should give it a try. The problem with your question is that it's really a loaded question. It's a matter of preference, needs and how you plan to work (work flow).

I for one like SONAR 5.x producer but, it's what I'm used to. Home Studio (also a Cakewalk product) is also similar, cheaper with fewer options...think of it as a "light" version.

I was just asking here because I didnt see a search button and if I did I wouldve used it.. besides, people in the Acid area didn't seem to have any good responses to the first part of my question. Anyway yes, i'm obviously new, thank you people who are cool enough to help me get my recording game as good as possible. I'm def gonna check out some of these programs.. anything is affordable if its downloadable hero
