What is SpectraFX??

I was playing around with Sonar this morning and suddenly I noticed a plugin I had never seen before under the Cakewalk menu called SpectraFX. I have no idea of what it is or where it came from, although it appears to be a chorus/flanger effect.

Anyone know how I might have got it, and are there any instructions for it?

I thought it was a 2.2 thing that I hadn't played with until I installed 3.....

I can't find a manual reference, but it looks reasonably self-explanatory.

It has a little graph type screen with each axis representing a parameter of an effect.
You automate the parameters using an elipse/circle on the graph.
You can sync the effect and automate it,problem is the effects suck and most people use envelopes.
