It's just me with guitar. What soundcard has "input monitoring" so I can listen to some reverb while I sing and strum?

the tascam us-122 has two xlr inputs and direct hardware monitor for zero-latency. no reverb though.
maybe the e-mu 0404 would work for you. it has a signal processor which will add some effects to your live monitoring. it's PCI based and around 100 bucks i think
