What does this track need?

what do i need to mix it right, right now its 3 vocals one panned l 100 one r 100 one middle, all raw vocals no editing as of yet, not sure what i need to make it better...

I would drop the delay you have on the 3rd-ish verse and mix it with less low-mids and add a little brightness on the vocals.
Counds pretty cool otherwise.
