What do you think about my new setup?

Your headphone output quality is directly related to the converter quality. IMO the 1641 output is just fine. Unless you upgrade to high end converter/mixer setup (thousands), I don't think you're going to hear a difference. If you have any direct questions about the 1641 when you set it up, just pm me.
