I was thinking of getting one of these. I'm new to PC recording so I wanted something simple but still quality. I hear that M-Audio is pretty good stuff.

m-audio is pretty ok. I have a Delta 410 myself.
Whether this is a good choice depends on where you're going to use it on. A laptop? Or just a PC. In the latter case, I'd suggest getting the PCI version of the audiophile. Better performance (the USB bus has a limited bandwidth and is basically useless when you want to record at 24bits/96kHz) and bugfree (USB devices sometimes have issues).
