What did you do with your GARAGE to make it a studio?

I am curious to see what others have done with the traditional 2 car garage space.
My garage is an average 18ft by 16 ft interior.

It took a few years to put up insulation and walls...then another year to find some huge glass doors.

Construction never stopped us...more recent photo of "Sonny" And The Star-fires with his awesome gold Gibson
and an older photo of Greedy Mulligan who recorded here a few years ago ,before we had the walls up

I built a room in half of the third car part of the garage. Small little studio; just enough room for me!!

Does your a/c unit keep up with the summer heat?? Looks like we're neighbors, I'm in pf'ville.

I enclosed my big rolling garage door with a wall and double glass doors...It protects against the western-facing garage door heat and it actually cools quite nicely now...Ive suffered thru a few hot summers but this seemed to be the big fix.
So what kind of music are you making up there in PVille?
are looking for a drummer for our rock band SIX POINTS OF VIEW Music, Lyrics, Songs, and Videos
also in a marching band...that doesnt march World Gone Mad Drum and Bugle Corps of Austin, TX

I've already got a 16' x 20' room for my studio so I don't need to use the garage. I'm planning on converting the garage to a bar when i get the money though. That's kind of an extension of the studio
