What else can I do with one (besides connecting it to turntables, I have a better mixer connected). I was thinking of connecting is to my computer (I dont know) but what exactly would it do and how would I go about doing it?

Please Note: I do not have any special hardware installed in my computer. So I would need to know kind of stuff I would need (wires, etc?) As you can see I am the newbiest of the noobs when it comes to this stuff (heh)

Thanks.

Chubbz.

i'll try and help chubbz.
need to know what you have currently so i can help you.
how old is your pc. please detail its confign.
if you have line out from the gemini you could use it to record tracks on the pc by connecting to sound card line in,but ideally you need to spend
about 200 to 300 bucks on a decent mic/mixer/soundcard recording chain.
pc soundcards are terrible quality.

my computer isn't really old. How would I go about checking what type of soundcard I have on WINXP?

in control panel you check under multimedia. this is really basic stuff.
if you want a successfull daw you must learn a bit about windows.
with respect.
it sounds like you have on board sound that came with your pc.
