I am going to be buying a PreSonus Eureka and a Shure KSM44 mic but I need an audio interface for me to start recording off my PC.

So what do you think is a good audio interface?

And do you think I will get nice sounding vocals for the items I am buying?

I just need it for vocals only

(This is a crosspost. See 'Other Equipment...' for my reply)

The MOTU 828 MKII is a very popular choice among users looking for a quality sound and portability. Yes, I think the Eureka would give you a great preamp for your shure mic.

Please dont be an ass ssscientist, anyway depending on how many channels you need look at a Delta 24/96, 44, 66, or a 1010. The Eureka is a good channel strip, nice and clean you will enjoy it! I know because I own one ;)

I hated my Eureka, IMO there's wasn't 500 bucks worth of decent stuff going on there. I think the Joe Meek 3q is a much better value, not a fancy but I find it way more useful.

Thanks, I liked my Eureka for a while but as my ears started hearing better I started not liking it so much. It's not that it's unusable or even terrible, I know I use the word hated but I think that's more because I spent so much money and could've dropped that cash on something more useful like the grace 101 or rnp.
