what are the minimum requirements for my cpu to run ntrack?

I'm an analog user trying to go digital I've got a case and motherboard now I would like to know what is the minimum speed for a processor I will need also what is the min for hard drive size and memory? And anyother info I may need I play on using my tascam 488mkll for my preamp how about sound card suggestions?
