What am i missing?

I have...

M-Audio Fast Track Pro Interface.
AT2020 Condenser Mic.
Cubase Recording Software
Xenyx 802 Mixer (i only use for vocals)

Stuff i bought on the way...

Shure SM57 Mic
Studio Monitors

(im on a budget)

What else would you reccomend i get?
Everything ive produced so far sounds pretty good, But it would be nice to make it even better.
 
The software, condenser and interface are more than enough.
The mixer is useful for the headphones but that's about all.
I have the Xenyx 1204 FX and it's a great board but too noisy for recording.
You will find all the effects you need in your software.

You have decent hardware.

I totaly agree on this. You need to do all you can to get the best sound before you hit the record button. Room treatment doesn't have to be expensive or pretty, it just has to be effective.
