What about CardDeluxe ADC quality?

I am interested in two channel AD conversion for PC recording.
What do you think about CardDeluxe soundcard?
How its ADC sounds compare Apogee Rosetta and some good quality Hi-Fi minidiscs ADC?

I've ehard the best on-card A/D is the Lynx two.
