Weirdy EQ sweeps...

I've just made the switch from Adobe Audition to Cubase SX3, ready to take the recording and mixing thing a bit more seriously.

I am curious however, as to if there is a plugin I can use to get a sweepy EQ effect. There was one in Adobe Audition, I forget the name, but I loved it. I used it for example in the song Conflict Of Interests:

I have tried using automation in Cubase and am not getting a similar effect. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a plugin to replicate such effects.

Do a search here.

They have about a million free plugins all compatable with Cubase. Even if you have a fast internet connection it would take days to download all the free plugins.

Then experiment with an open mind and you might even find something you like better than the weird EQ --- or you might just find an exact replication.
