yeah, really good article. very interesting story on going from artist to independent label via careful selection of artists, producers, engineers and sales and distribution. definitely gives you an idea on how much effort is involved if you want to this yourself instead of having a bunch of people do it for you (which is what i guess you're trading - your time vs your money)
