I use full version purchased N-track to record and I use freeware CDex to extract files from CD to .wav files. Now I need a good freeware program that will let me record Audio CDs from .wav files.

Does anyone know of any reliable freeware that will convert .wav files to audio CD format?

Any help appreciated.

You can burn CDs in wav. format no problem. Any CD burning program will do it.

I know I can burn the wav files to a CD (just as I can burn JPEG files or GIF files or what-have-you) but will I then be able to PLAY the CD on a “stereo” such as a boom box, etc.?

Many Thanks!

I just looked into my antique CD Writing program (nti cd maker) and much to my delight it does exactly what you say. It's as easy as dragging and dropping and then clicking on "write cd".

Thanks again.
