WASAPI Recording Out of Time

Whenever I record with WASAPI exclusive, my recording are slightly earlier than the rest of the song. Does anyone know of this issue and how to fix this? If it was too late it would be a latency issue, but too early? I'm really confused. Thanks in advance.

In Sony Vegas it's called Record Offset. In Reaper it's called Record Latency or something. Your DAW should have some option for adjusting it. It's a different issue from monitoring latency which is the time it takes a live input to get through the system and back to the output.
