Warp VST - Steinberg does Amp Modeling

I was thinking this would go in the Cubase forum, but with so many multitrack software titles now utilizing VST I thought this was a much more appropriate forum.

I found this.

Warp VST for Windows is available in well-stocked music and computer stores from Q1/ 2002, at a suggested retail price of Euro 258,00 plus VAT (suggested retail price).


No idea how much that is in US$. Possibly one of our Euro cousins can enlighten us.

I had to download Honey Mustard. Loved it.
Just might have to get me one of them warps when they come state side.

Well, according to http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic $258.00 EUR is about $228 USD. Since that's the MSRP, maybe we can expect it near $150?

Not too bad if you ask me. Cheaper than a POD.

I tried all the MP3s and loved 'em all. Imagine applying this effect to ANY track! You could really do some cool sh!t with voice, etc.
