VSTi plugins not showing up

Installed C6 on the new laptop.
32bit, even though the O.S. is 64bit.

I've also got Komplete Elements and Maschine installed (pretty sure 32bit.)

When I go to create an instrument track Reaktor, Kontakt, nor Maschine are showing up. Just the standard Cubase virtual instruments.

Komplete was installed before Cubase, and Maschine was installed after if any of that matters.

Is there a way for me to manually sync that stuff up?
Or will I need to re-install?

I've learned more about and have spent more time on computer maintenance in the last few months then recording

UPDATE:
I stopped being lazy and just reinstalled and mapped the plugin folders into the VST Plugins folder.
Didn't have to do that on my desktop though

oh well.
