vst - dx wrappers?

I learned through another thread here about a wrapper which makes VST effects available in CEP.
I downoaded some free one (from that thread...) and when I opened it, it came up as a huge blank grey screen with an info button on it.
Where can I find a free wrapper that works in CEP? Maybe I didn't do something right?

The free version works fine, but you have to load the VSt effect manually every time.
