Well I don't use my softsynths that much but I do use the drumkits in the vsc dxi.
I think they are more useful now with the combination of the four outputs in sonar 2 and the drum mapper.
Everything was going swell until I did a windows update and BAM.. now my vsc doesn't show up in my synth menu.
It's still listed in the c/program files/cakewalk/shared dxi directory.
I called tech support and together we could not get this going.They said they would email or snailmail a patch to me and that the first sonar2 patch was on the way.
So..
what I'd like to know is have any of you suffered any problems with the dxi's?
Is it possible the microsoft update f**ked up my vsc?
I'd also recomend reporting any problems to cakewalk asap so they can fix them and incorporate them in the upcoming patch.
