VS-880 Burning Help!

OK so I recorded all 8 tracks (i'm still a bit ignorant on the v-track deal) and mixed them down to tracks 7 and 8. My external CD Drive is hooked up via SCSI and I'm ready to burn, but i have no idea where to start the whole process!! can anyone help me with the next step?

MMM i think you export them. Its been ages since i did a burn directly from the VS880.

I have the info at home though. Ill PM you later today if you havent already found an answer by then.
