"Vox Echo units are extremely rare and highly prized by collectors. These have both now been sold for $2550 USD each. One went to a collector in Australia and the other went to a regular customer of ours in Japan. Both were extremely original and sounded superb. Classic Shadows sounds !"

that is why I asked for best offers, I really don't know what to ask for this?

The Vox "Long Tom", is thought by many to be the echo that was used by "Hank Marvin" of The Shadows to create his amazing sound. This is incorrect to the best of my knoweldge he used infact an very early MEAZZI, a drum echo design. This was modified by Dick Denny (Vox) to allow for heads to be switched in and out. The Vox "Long Tom" does produce amazing rippling echo effects, the sound is in fact a brighter sound, to enable it to act as a treble boost for use with early AC15 Vox amps (pre-treble boost models. In comparison to Binson, and Meazzi echo units the build quality is not quite so good. My Thanks to Charlie Hall of Echos from the Past for opportunity to photograph this very rare model. A Great unit for guitar sounds and highly collectable, only 270 units ever made so find a good one these days is going to be difficult.
