This thing is covered in hairy warts but I'm just glad to have finished something for a change. Did some more exploration of my harmoniser pedal.

All comments & suggestions welcome.

Hairy Warts...
Lots of nice wah in this - I do love some wah.
Could you widen the drums a little bit?
I'm going through a patch where my brain needs stereo separation to tell me I'm at the centre of the universe.
THis is pretty cool - the guitar tones are meaty and the bass has just enough definition to cut through when the guitars get low.
A few words scattered about would be good.

I like the dark guitars near the beginning (very Queens of the Stone Agey), but when the "chorus" comes in, it seems like they should brighten up significantly.

The synth work is cool.

Sounds pretty cool to me. I really like the drums. Booming. Sounds cool. I agree the guitars are a little dark at times. But that's not too big a deal to me. Sounds good. I like it.

This might just be a personal taste thing, but I thought the low end was way too rumbly in the first part of the song. At about 1:02, the low end problems went away. At about 1:43, they came back.

Guitar sound was cool. Drum sound was cool.

Like the the electro stuff later on in the song.

Liked the energy. All your tunes have great energy.

Thanks Ray. Yeah I'm considering vocal additions. They're not my long suit, but you make do. Scattered is a good target.

Too dark? It wasn't intentional, it just started out that way and I went along with it. There's no synths though. The guitars are all through an eventide harmoniser which does devious things from time to time. Thanks for checking in VHS

Good on ya, thanks Greg

I know. I was a bit affronted by the bass initially, but it seemed OK in the car and now I'm used to it. I'll take it round to show and tell at the jam on Thursday and get a definitive option. I've had many low end problems over the years but I'm fond of this one for some reason. Cheers for the listen Trip
