how can i get my vocals sounding like this with the nice sound and the cool reverb?

I don't know much about reverb settings, but I think you could get close to this verb sound with a hall or church reverb as a send effect, routing just a small amount of the signal through it. There are parts that are doubled and during the "always" part, there appears to be a slight delay on the lead in addition to doubling/harmonies.

That being said, the reverb is only part of this sound. The combination of microphone and mic preamp on the right vocalist are critical to getting this kind of sound. I couldn't venture to guess the signal chain, but it sounds like decent equipment.
 
if you listen to the two verse on headphones you can noticed some reverb delay effect...call Hall reverb do that?

No, you'll want a delay in addition to the reverb. Not necessarily all the time (although some recordings are done this way). A short delay will fill out the sound.
