Vocal Effects(Tricks/Embilishments) - How Can I Achieve It?

A bunch of different things going on there - pitch correction, reverb, delay with two different settings slow at first then fast, and some fancy track manipulation.

what effect should i use in order to come up with that repeating 're-re-replay' sound?
 
There's a free plugin called Glitch that can do it for you. Takes some experimentation, even when you get used to the program, but it can really do cool things to vocal tracks especially.
 
Man, I would love to hear the raw tracks of that vocal. IMHO auto tune is like blue eye shadow, it should be illegal.
