Vocal booth door?

I was planning on separating my vocal booth from the control room using a sliding glass door, but thought I might try something else. What if I used an exterior door that is full clear glass or a storm door, or two storm doors on either sides of the wall? Any way if I have to use the sliding glass door I will have to special order. For some reason where I live none of the local home improvement places have any that I can use in stock.

Yes - sliding glass doors in studios have to be of a proper acoustic design with additional seals to increase the STC.
A straight timber door with a glass pane will work just fine as you can make the proper seals.
