Virtual Tracks on a VS 1880

I'm new to this whole recording thing, so please bear with me if this seems like a "dumb" question...

I recorded a guitar rhythm track on my VS-1880, and 12 solos on the virtual tracks on the same channel. How do I move the virtual track so that I have one track with the rhythm guitar and the solo of my choice? Do I use the "Phrase Edit" function or the "Track Edit" function? All the "From" and "To" and "Start" and "End" things have me a little confused...

Like I said, I'm new to recording in general, so any help you can give me will be appreciated.

You can either use the Track Move or Track Copy function. Then just put it on whatever track that you want.
Your owners manual will tell you how to complete this task.
