I'm having a heck of a time finding anything on google -- let me take a stab at describing what I'm looking for:

Is there an audio plug-in that works as a virtual breadboard with a GUI that lets you place different components (like different values of resistor and capacitor, different transistors, etc.) into a virtual circuit and then run your track through it? I use Logic, and so I'll be looking for one in audio unit format, but it would be helpful to know about one in any format (VST, etc.) if it exists.

Never heard of such thing but it would be cool.

But I guess it may be possible with something like Pspice, from which you would export some transfer function and import it to some VST plugin.

I'll look into that. I've got the audio unit developer's kit, and I can make simple do-nothing audio units, so maybe I can play with Pspice export data. Thanks!!!!

So I accidentaly stepped onto this thread http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/showthread.php?t=24783 and as you can see, it describes the way you need to connect multisim with matlab, to be able to use any circuit and simulate its effects on sound :)

cheers
