Vintage Dukane Mic Mod

Hey guys.... a friend mine who works for the local school district found me an old (70s?) Dukane PA system mic with a talk button (There's no model number on it). I'd love to use it as a control room mic but I have no idea if it can be wired that way. The connected wire has no end on it. It has 4 wires (red, black, white, green) and a shield. Anyone have any idea how I might be able to make this work with a standard XLR or ¼" connector?

Can you post some pictures, preferably internal as well. If no one has first hand knowledge, maybe by seeing hte thing...
