VF160 multitrack wav out?

OK... is there an "easy" way to get the raw mulitracks out (I assume they are wav files, anyone know for sure) for editing on a computer (so... I guess the question is mulitrack wav out to some standard format / interface for PC).
The unit does have a CD burner, but if I read the manual right, it won't burn these tracks (only a mix).
One idea... can the adat port be used to dump into (say) a DVD recorder?
At this point.. I'm ready to pull the hard drive & boot it up as an external drive (seems a tad labor intensive)
tnx

The VF160CD will burn tracks to a CD as WAV files. Use the [Save] feature and select [WAV] from the menu. . .then you can select "all" or a range of contiguous tracks to save. If the tracks won't fit on one CD, you will be prompted to insert additional CD-R disks. Any DAW should be able to read them.
