VF08 firmware upgrade

there is definitely no way to upgrade the firmware without the scsi board right?

i dont think i'll use the scsi board besides that,, so im looking for an alternative way.,

No, MrM, from what I can gather, you have to do it via that scsi connection and a zip drive. They will do it at the authorized place though, as the one I just got was uploaded there, OK? Users of this unit need to stick together as I am sure we can assist each other when needed. When I figure a few things out, I will gladly share! Psongman
