When i used vegas i use to:

record an acoustic guitar
double the track
pan one left and one right
then move one over a nudge (to give a bigger spacious effect)

When i try this in reaper the movement is incredibly too long.
how can i make very small movements in reaper?

thanks in advance :D

Here's where the button is.

I asked this same question a couple of weeks ago. I still have not completely figured it out. I encountered the same problem you are having. This is the first I heard of snapping. What is it? Where do you find it?

Two or three word answers are not very helpful.

See page 100 in the Reaper user guide: First zoom way in to the track you want to nudge. Then use the appropriate number pad key to nudge the track to the left or right. The tighter you zoom in the finer the movement.

Snapping automatically moves an item from the current beat all the way to the next one, which makes fine adjustments impossible. Turn it off and you can move items anywhere you want between beats.

Hope this answers your question (if Danny Guitar hadn't answered it already).
