Hi All:

My first post with a question..

How do you maintain soundproofing while ventilating the studio?

I'm designing and building myself a studio ground up, and moisture here is a problem as it's about 200 feet from the pacific ocean. How can I ventilate the studio to deal with the moisture while keeping it relatively soundproof?

The neighbors may be a bit of a problem, so I need to address this problem as best possible.

Any suggestions?
