does vegas pro support 24 bit 48khz (or 96) recording??

There's nothing in their user manual about 96KHz, but it is in the drop-down list of sample rate selections. They specifically claim to support 24 bit samples in the manual. I can't test either as my aging GINA is a 16/48 card.
