Two things:

We can try to help if we know what you want

A manual is available from SF for $15, saved me a lot of headaches learning the program

(okay, I'm dumb.... I READ the manuals.... no more jokes)

Sure, we would like to help you with whatever problems you might encounter with Vegas.

But........

You have to post a question, first. :)

Vegas Problems

I have a problem with Vegas, those damn dealers go too fast!!! I'm still trying to count to 21 on my fingers (hmm maybe that's my problem, not enough fingers...) and they're asking me if I want more cards...

Then there's that other problem with all the good looking women who want you to pay them to go out with you.....

Seriously,
You can save the $15 and download the manuals (in PDF format), and print out the chapters you need, or the whole damn thing. I find that Vegas works quite easily (for Audio, haven't tried the video stuff...)

So, everyone is waiting..... what is YOUR problem with Vegas?

thanks for all the help

I think I've got everything I need, you're the best, now go get a date! LOL

Quequ,
He probably has a pirate without the manual and you told him where to download it from and that solved all his problems? I do like this thread though, it has an air of mystery to it.

Well, he sent me an e-mail asking for a serial number because "his buddy gave him a copy of Vegas but won't be back until September" He didn't get it from me.

Elementary my dear Watson!

Too bad your serial number won't work for him anyway. He probably burned a copy of Vegas and can't get it to install without the registration number....

I know that kind of coding works at times.... (I have some software where you run a program on YOUR computer, then e-mail the company with your serial number and the number generated by the program, then they e-mail you a specific authorization code)... didn't know you could have specific codes in Vegas. However, according to his second post, he got somethin!!!!

The Vegas registration # is based on CPUID. If you upgrade your machine, you need to re-register.
