Ok, I have me v-amp pro hooked up to my amp but I can not change any sounds on the v-amp. I am stuck in one mode/sound and can not get anything but a clean sound. I cna not even change the volume. Ihave looked at the manual for over and hour and tried every thing.

HELP!!!!

Does it have something to do with setting it up for the software control?

Did you have to change the mode or anything?

Not using the softward at all...ni mido control. I just want ti use it to play through my amp. I want to use it as a Head for live shows. I am experimenting.....but having no damn luck!!!

I am using the Send/Line Out on the v-amp pro...is that right or wrong?

You should be using the analog line outs.

You may want to turn off the cab simulation if you're going through an amp.

Can I use th leftand right out to the left and right in?

I do have sound and can make changes now. I have left/right OUT going to the left/right IN on the amp.....corrector should I use left/right OUT on v-amp to a single in (into the left/mono)?

Is the cab simulation the 32 different modes? Or are those just heads? How do I turn the cab sim off?

The directions that came with this are horriable.

You press the two buttons to enter edit mode, then you hit the cabinet button to edit the cab number, and I believe if you set it to 00 it is turned off.

I've never used mine through an amp, I'm just speculating. It might sound better with it left on.

I am trying to activate the preamp bypass by presing the TAP and TUNER but I cna nto tell if anything is happening.
