Can anyone help exaplain how to setup a VST Instrument to create a replacement drum track?
As far as I know, you should be able to use the VST Instrument like a drum module, where you simply play the drum track such as a snare into an input that would "trigger" the VST to play a snare and record on a new track.
I am using Nuendo 1.6 and as far as I knew I am supposed to somehow use a midi track for this.
I get totally lost at that point.
I can select the LM-9 as a VST instrument, it will manual play sounds when I test it, but I have no idea how to setup a midi track or whatever other special track I need to tie into it.
I tryed following the MAC Nuendo Help File but it looks like it just tells me how to setup the VST Instrument to use an external source such as a Keyboard to trigger it.
Thats where I start pulling my hair out.
I cant wait to upgrade and start using Drumagog.
But for now, I wouldnt mind learning how to get this other process working.
Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks.
