Using the Audiophile 2496´s spdif out for phones

Hi friends of the HomeRecording´s forum,

I have the M-audio´s sound card Audiophile 2496 and I want to use its spdif out to the musicians phones. I search for all over the net but I can´t find a headphone amp that have spdif in. Somebody can sugest me a good one?
Preferably one that have 4 or more phones out.

You're going to need a D-A converter before the headphone amp. Don't know of any (under several $k) headphone amps with built-in converters...
