Dear Anyone.

I have a Soundblaster Live 5.1 Soundcard, with Vienna Wave Studio, which lets you nick a bit of any ripped CD track and save it as an 'instrument' - by which I think it means a very short loop (I'm an absolute beginner in all this and I'm drowning in technology/technospeak, so treat me gently!) So, I've got my new instrument. The virtual keyboard plays it perfectly, letting me run up and down the scales with it just like an old Mellotron (GAWD, does THAT show my age!) How do I add it to the instrument list on the soundcard, so when I'm in my sequencer software (Voyetra Music Write, love it, the most intuitive, user-friendly piece of music software I've ever come across!) I can choose it as an instrument and just use it? I can't just put it in my external synth and play it, because I'm disabled and my co-ordination isn't good enough. If anyone knows how I can just add it to the list, I'd be in their debt forever - this one's been baffling me for the last 2 YEARS!!!!

My E-mail's ulrichburke@hotmail.com, or of course you can just post an answer here. I'll know which ones are for me, they'll be the ones starting 'Dear Idiot...' (it HAS to be easy, I just can't see how to do it!!)
